Salt Lake County Service Areas
HR Landscaping Services is a family-owned crew based in the heart of Salt Lake County. We serve thirteen cities across the valley — from the mature canopies of the east bench to the newer developments climbing the Oquirrhs in the west. Every yard is different, and the right schedule for aeration, mulch, and seasonal cleanup depends on your soil, your slope, and how the wind comes off the Wasatch in your neighborhood. Below are the cities we know best. Don't see yours? Give us a call — if we can get there, we'll quote it.

East Bench & Foothills
Mature trees, foothill irrigation, deer pressure, and Sandy/cobble bench soil define landscaping on the east side. Aeration timing matters more here, and mulch choice can make or break perennials at altitude.
Sandy
East-bench foothill suburb with mature canopy and tiered water rates.
Draper
South foothill community with hillside lots and Corner Canyon access.
Cottonwood Heights
The east bench between Holladay and Sandy with established 1960s–90s homes.
Holladay
Affluent east-bench suburb with massive mature shade trees.
Millcreek
Newly incorporated bench community along the Wasatch foothills.
Central Valley
Mid-size lots, Kentucky bluegrass that responds well to a regular spring/fall aeration cycle, and a market that rewards reliability over flash. Our central valley clients tend to be on a recurring weekly mow + seasonal cleanup schedule.
South Valley & Newer Developments
Larger lots, newer turf that needs early aeration to prevent thatch buildup, HOA-managed front yards in master-planned communities, and west-facing slopes that bake in summer. South valley landscaping is its own pattern.
